Please note that in times of high demand, such as Christmas, Easter, some orders may take longer to arrive, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

For custom items or special requests, the shipping time will vary based on the complexity of the item or request and will be communicated to the customer.

 

Taxes & Duties

Duties and import taxes are not included. SB Atelier is not responsible for taxes and duty fees that may be applied in your country. This responsibility rests with the customer, please contact your local customs for more information.

 

Ownership & Risk

At the time of delivery, ownership & risk of damage to the goods are passed onto the receiver. Please note that all of our orders are held by our preferred courier (Fan Courier). Once the order is passed to the courier, SB Atelier is no longer responsible for the delivery process. SB Atelier cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, customs issues entering or exiting countries, fees that may apply during the shipping process. After the completion of the delivery process, the responsibility is passed onto the customer. Ensure the package is intact and unharmed when received.
